This page explains how Self Healing (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles your data and how
you can request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
2. What Data We Collect
Depending on how you use the app, we may collect some or all of the following types of data:
Account data: name, email address, username, profile information.
Usage data: in-app actions (sessions completed, preferences, settings).
Purchase data: limited information about in-app purchases.
Technical data: device type, app version, diagnostic information.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data only for:
Creating and managing your account.
Saving your preferences and progress.
Handling subscriptions and payments.
Improving app performance and user experience.
4. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your data only while your account is active or as long as required for security, accounting, or legal compliance.
5. How to Request Account & Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your data using one of these methods:
Inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account
Email request: Send an email to info@tophealers.com with the subject “Delete My Account”
The email must be sent from the same address used to create the account.
6. What Happens After You Request Deletion
Once verified, we will:
Deactivate your account immediately
Delete personal data within 30 days
Anonymize usage data for analytics and product improvements
Temporary Retention
Encrypted backups may retain data until overwritten
Some data may be retained for fraud prevention or legal obligations
